| Description | INOE 2000, Subsidiary Research Institute for Analytical Instrumentation Cluj-Napoca focuses on developing analytical methodologies and performing chemical analyses to assess environmental quality. A wide range of analyses (organic pollutants, heavy metals, and other inorganic pollutants) can be performed in environmental samples: waters, soil, air, and sediments. Analytical techniques used in our laboratories are: HPLC-UV-FL, GC-(FID,-ECD,-MS), ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, GFAAS, FAAS, XRD, XRF, SEM, FT-IR, UV-VIS, TOC/TN etc. Our laboratory is accredited according to the ISO/CEI 17025 standard. | Project Description | We are interested in participating as a partner in projects that need expertise in the assessment of physical-chemical properties of water bodies, soils, and sediments, assessment of contaminants (bio)availability and speciation, and development of methodologies for passive sampling of contaminants. |
